The Mann Band sends out information one of three ways (likely all three) :
The Remind App - a one way instant-messaging app for quick reminders sent from Mr. JaCoby
The Newsletter - a weekly or bi-weekly letter in the form of email with detailed information about upcoming events
Social Media - there is a Mann Band Facebook group that sends out information as well
