The J.L. Mann High School band program is becoming a symbol of excellence in Greenville County. From continued success in local, regional and state competitions, as well as outstanding academic performance, this group of students continually achieves it all. In order to keep up with our growth, and achieve a high level of excellence, we are asking for your support.
The J.L. Mann Band Boosters is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit tax exempt organization dedicated to supporting the high standards exemplified by the J.L. Mann Marching Patriot Band. Our band offers many benefits to the community by entertaining at various sporting and community events, promoting education in music, and encouraging the next generation of musicians through outreach and recruitment at the middle school level.
Corporate Sponsorship money goes directly to the J.L. Mann Band Boosters general fund. The general fund pays for all show designs, music arrangements, costumes, props, support staff, equipment, bus transportation, truck rentals and registration fees.
The J.L. Mann Band program consists of a number of different performing ensembles, each with their own schedules, needs, and value. The performing ensembles include: Marching Band, Color Guard, Concert Band, Winter Guard, Percussion Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, and Wind Ensemble.
