Payments can be made at one time, or as follows:

$150 deposit by May 31, 2022
$150 payment by June 30, 2022
$150 final payment by July 31, 2022

Please read the full Band Membership Packet here

The following forms are due to Mr. JaCoby or Mr. Keller by May 31st.

Complete the $450 per-person Fair Share Payment.

To pay by check, please follow all of these steps:

Make checks payable to "JL Mann Band Boosters".​

Put check in an envelope.

On the check and the envelope, write the student's name, and "Fair Share".

Place the envelope in the lock box in the band room.
